Strawberry is the chosen fruit to join our deli menu, crafted and perfected from the Blanc with its French origins.
This cashew-based cream cheese made with fresh strawberries and a dash of organic pure maple syrup is a non-fermented cream cheese that is mildly sweet, but as smooth and creamy as a spread. For aged cream cheese, please head to the "Aged Series".
Created with a French fromager and perfected in our local kitchen, our cream cheese is perfect for vegetarians and vegans alike.
Made from cashews and natural, fresh and organic ingredients, this cream cheese is a pure and clean creation from nature that elevates your senses to the next level. Our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, aiming to support local communities and cultures. Sourced strawberries are seasonal; we use fresh Korean strawberries for most of our batches.
Pairing is versatile. Use it as a spread, dip, or pasta base, it brings out quiet acknowledgment and richness in every bite.
